Communication
Your existing support mailbox, unchanged.
Identical scope to the Gmail connection against Microsoft 365: a nominated shared mailbox, received and sent, with history.
What connects
A connection to shared mailboxes you nominate. Delivery and threading stay with Microsoft; this layer adds customer identity, case and resolution.
What crosses the boundary
- Received: messages and attachments in the nominated shared mailboxes.
- Received: historical messages on first connection.
- Sent: replies from your existing address.
- Never received: individual user mailboxes, files or calendars.
What this lets you do
- Work the existing support mailbox without changing the customer-facing address.
- Attach incoming mail to the right open case automatically.
- Search conversation history alongside cases and knowledge.
- Keep sending from your own domain, so nothing changes for the customer.
Setting it up
- 1An administrator grants application consent scoped to the shared mailboxes.
- 2Select the mailboxes and the amount of history.
- 3Confirm sending identity and signature.
- 4Verify a round trip before go-live.
Permissions
Scoped to the nominated shared mailboxes. No user mailbox access, no files, no calendar, no directory. The scopes are listed in full during setup rather than summarised.
What you can ask once this is connected
- “What did we last tell this customer?”
- “Which messages arrived overnight and are still unowned?”
- “Summarise this thread before I reply.”
Where it stops
Not a mail client and not a replacement for Exchange administration. Resolivo reads and sends on specific mailboxes; everything else about your mail estate is untouched.
Take better care of every customer.
Give your team the context, knowledge and AI they need to resolve problems properly — and know who needs attention before they ask.
