ACME has opened four cases this month and renews in 27 days. One is still unresolved.

Knowledge gap

Eleven customers asked how VAT invoices work this week. There is no published answer.

Ask anything about your customers…

The problem

Your customers shouldn't have to explain your own business to you.

Every one of these sentences means the same thing: the company had the information and could not get to it in time.

None of it is a hard problem. The invoice exists. The previous conversation happened. Somebody did make that promise. The information is in the building — it is just not in front of whoever is replying.

“I already sent the invoice number.”
“I explained this yesterday.”
“Your colleague promised this last week.”
“I've contacted you three times.”
“You should already have my details.”

Resolivo brings customer history, business context and service work together so your team can continue the conversation instead of starting over.

The difference

Don't ask customers what you already know.

The same question, to two support systems. One of them starts by asking the customer to do a lookup.

Demo data

The customer asks

Where is my refund?

Most support software

“Can you send me your order number?”

Asking the customer to do your lookup.

Resolivo

“Your €320 refund was approved Monday and is scheduled for Thursday.”

Your company already had the answer.

Your company has the answer. Resolivo helps your support team use it.

The Customer Service Graph

Every message, connected to the customer behind it.

A helpdesk organises messages. This models the situation: who they are, what they bought, what is broken, what was promised, who internally owns it and whether the relationship is holding up.

Because those are real records with real relationships, the product can answer a question nobody thought to record the answer to — such as which customers renewing this quarter still have an unresolved complaint.

Cases

A customer problem is more than a ticket.

Half of support work is not done by support. Refunds need Finance, bugs need Engineering, contract changes need an approval — and in most companies all of that happens in private messages.

When the internal half is on the case, the question “why has this customer been waiting three days?” has an honest answer. That is uncomfortable, and it is the only way the underlying process ever gets fixed.

AI

AI with the context to actually help.

Most support AI generates a plausible reply from the text of a message. This reads the customer record, the verified knowledge and the finance ledger first — and shows you what it found.

Why is ACME unhappy?

Four cases this month, one of them an unresolved API authentication problem open since 22 September, and negative feedback on 14 September. They renew on 2 November.

Knowledge & memory

Trusted answers, and a memory that does not drift.

The assistant answers only from articles somebody has verified. Customer facts are read from fields with sources rather than recalled — because a system that approximates a renewal date in front of a customer is worse than no system.

Promises

Never forget what you told a customer.

Customers rarely leave because a problem was difficult. They leave because somebody committed to Friday and Friday passed in silence.

Every commitment becomes an object with an owner and a due time — and it appears on the customer’s own portal with its date. Companies find that uncomfortable, which is exactly why doing it earns more trust than any amount of responsiveness.

Every conversation makes the company smarter

A question asked eleven times should be answered once.

The loop that turns support from a cost into the best business intelligence a small company has.

1

A customer asks

A question arrives, from whichever channel they chose.

2

A case is created

With the customer's history and entitlement already attached.

3

It is resolved

And what actually fixed it is written down in a line.

4

Knowledge improves

A question asked eleven times becomes a verified answer.

5

Your content improves

6

Fewer customers ask

And the ones who do get a better answer, faster.

The daily experience

Seven customers need you. Not 247 tickets.

A queue length is a number nobody can act on. The product's job is to tell you what needs attention today, and to be quiet on the days when little does.

Who is waiting on a reply, what is blocked on somebody internally, which promises fall due today, which relationship is turning, and what is suddenly being asked more than usual.

Trust

This holds your customers' problems.

Complaints, invoice references, account details — and whatever people disclose while explaining a problem, which is routinely more than the situation required.

Read the Trust Centre

The AI inherits your permissions exactly

Not a policy — a structural property. In the customer portal it answers as that customer, scoped to their own account and published knowledge.

Inbound content is never an instruction

Anybody who can email you can put text into this system. That text is data and cannot direct the assistant, by design rather than by filter.

Your customers are your data subjects

You are the controller and we process on your instructions. When one of them asks what you hold, that request comes to you — and we help you answer it.

Questions

The things people ask first.

Everything else is in the Help Centre, or write to [email protected].

Is this a helpdesk?

It overlaps with one, and that is not how it is built. A helpdesk organises messages into tickets. Resolivo models the situation behind the message — who the customer is, what they bought, what was promised, what is broken, who internally owns it and whether the relationship is holding up. If what you need is a shared inbox with ticket numbers, there are cheaper products that do exactly that well.

What size of company is this for?

Roughly five to a hundred people, with anywhere from two to twenty handling customers. Below that a shared mailbox genuinely works. Above it you will start wanting things this deliberately does not do — workforce management, call-centre routing, enterprise ITSM. The sweet spot is a company that has outgrown the mailbox and does not want a contact centre.

Do customers have to email a new address?

No. You connect the shared mailbox they already write to, with its history. Asking customers to learn a new address is a migration cost paid entirely by them, and it is the most common reason a helpdesk rollout stalls.

How long until this is useful?

An afternoon. Connect the mailbox, bring in your customers from whatever you have — a CRM, a CSV, a spreadsheet — point it at your existing help content, and say who handles what. Customer health needs a few weeks of history before it says anything honest, and the product shows it as insufficient rather than guessing.

What is the Customer Service Graph?

The connected model underneath: a customer has contacts, conversations, cases, purchases, invoices, promises, entitlements and a health state, and each of those is a real record with a real relationship to the others. It is what lets the product answer a question nobody thought to record the answer to, such as which customers renewing this quarter have an unresolved complaint.

Does the AI reply to customers automatically?

Only if you turn that on, only for categories you choose, and never for refunds, cancellations, contract changes, account access, complaints or anything involving sensitive data — those are excluded structurally rather than by a setting. The recommended starting point is suggestions only, and before you widen it you can see how it would have handled real past cases.

How do you stop the AI making things up about a customer?

It answers from records and verified knowledge rather than from its own recollection. Facts like a renewal date or a payment status are read from fields with sources, every answer names the records behind it, and when it finds conflicting information it says so and escalates instead of picking a side. Confident invention about a real customer is the worst possible failure in this category and the design is arranged around preventing it.

Can the AI see more than my team can?

No. Questions run with the identity of whoever is asking, through the same permission checks as every screen, so there is no separate AI permission model to drift out of step. In the customer portal it answers as that customer — their own account and published knowledge only.
