Promises
Never forget what you told a customer.
"Your colleague said this would be fixed last week." Companies rarely lose customers because a problem was difficult. They lose them because somebody committed to Friday and Friday passed in silence.

A promise is a first-class object
Send the corrected invoice by Friday at twelve. Owned by Daniel. From case 1844. Open. Not a sentence buried in a reply that nobody will ever read again.
Captured where they are made
Commitments happen in the middle of replies — "I'll come back to you tomorrow", "we'll have this fixed this week". Those are detected as you write and offered as a promise to confirm.
Due today, on the dashboard
Three customer promises due today, with who owes them. A commitment nobody is reminded of is a commitment made in good faith and broken by accident.
The customer can see it too
Promises appear on the customer's portal with their date. Companies find this uncomfortable, which is precisely why doing it builds more trust than any amount of responsiveness.
Questions this answers
The things you currently have to ask somebody.
Each of these is a question an owner asks regularly and currently answers from memory, a spreadsheet, or by interrupting whoever is nearest.
What did we promise this customer?
Which promises are due today?
Has anything been promised and missed this month?
Who made this commitment, and when?
Did we do what we said before this renewal?
Where this stops
What it does not do.
Resolivo tracks commitments; it cannot keep them. Nothing here delivers a corrected invoice or ships a fix — it makes sure the person who owes it is reminded, and that a missed promise is visible rather than quietly forgotten. It also only knows about promises made through it: a commitment given on a phone call is captured only if somebody records it, and the product will prompt but cannot enforce that.
