The product
The application at https://app.resolivo.com uses strictly necessary cookies to keep your agents signed in and their sessions secure. These cannot be switched off without breaking sign-in.
The support widget and portal on your site
What the support widget and customer portal set on your website is governed by your own consent configuration, and the widget reads that consent state rather than setting its own. A visitor who has declined is not given behavioural context, and the widget will not present a second consent banner of its own.
Changing your mind
Because nothing optional is set on this website, there is nothing to withdraw. On your own site, your consent system remains the place a visitor changes their mind, and a withdrawal takes effect here immediately.
