Help centre
Answers, from your knowledge only.
The assistant in the help centre answers from published, verified articles and nothing else. It is not a general model musing about your product — it is your documentation, made conversational.
Grounded, with a link
Every answer names the article behind it. A customer who wants to check can, and an agent reviewing a bad answer can see exactly which document caused it.
It declines rather than guesses
No approved answer means it says so and offers to raise a case. A confident wrong answer to a customer is worse than no answer, and considerably harder to undo.
Sensitive topics never auto-answer
Refunds, cancellations, contract changes, account access and complaints go to a person by default regardless of what the knowledge base contains.
