Customer portal
It should not look like somebody else's product.
The portal renders inside your own website. Where your site runs on a platform this can publish to, that is a configuration step; where it does not, it is a hosted page on your domain.
Your domain, your design
support.yourcompany.com or yourcompany.com/account, with your typography and colours. A customer should not have to trust a second brand to get help.
One identity
If customers already sign in to your site, that session carries into the portal. A second set of credentials for support is a barrier with no upside.
Works without the integration
If your website is elsewhere, you get a hosted portal on your own subdomain. The deeper integration is a convenience, not a requirement.
Customer portal
The rest of this area.
A signed-in home for the customer, so the answers can be specific.
Take better care of every customer.
Give your team the context, knowledge and AI they need to resolve problems properly — and know who needs attention before they ask.
